Wine Kits

Grape concentrate, water and yeast. A wine kit packages the work of the vineyard, so the job at home is to ferment, clear and bottle. Kits make 6 or 30 bottles and take from one week to six: the quick kits are for everyday drinking, the longer kits carry more grape juice, make fuller wines and are worth keeping. Each range below says what it does best.
